DRIVING SUSTAINABLE EVENTS
Our Environmental Policy and Strategy is managed to meet our clients’ ESG and CSR requirements whilst minimising our environmental impact.
It is integral to event planning and production, and we are rigorous in our ambitions and efforts to reaching carbon neutrality.
RESPONSIBILITY
Our team works across the globe and we recognise the impact on carbon emissions when transporting equipment. To minimise this we have equipment storage hubs in the USA, Europe and the Middle East, with more locations planned as part of our strategy to further reduce our carbon emissions.
We are currently also taking these steps in our sustainability management journey:
- Transitioning our work vehicles to electric power to align with our commitment to eco-friendly practices
- Encouraging our staff to consider sustainable options such as public transportation, cycling, or walking
- Managing our waste reduction through the use of recycling stations
- Repurposing over 25 tonnes of cardboard and plastic annually
- Working with ICT Reverse to manage electronic waste recycling responsibly
SUSTAINABILITY
MANAGEMENT
We are integrating TRACE, a leading sustainability platform, to measure and manage the environmental impact of our on-site operations, from sourcing and logistics to build, operation, and decommissioning.
This will provide Live Wire with actionable insights to reduce carbon emissions, improve efficiency, and make responsible, data-driven decisions.
Using TRACE reinforces our shared commitment to sustainable innovation and sets a new standard for environmentally conscious delivery in Formula 1™.

PLANNED SUSTAINABILITY ACTIONS INCLUDE:
