For over 10 years, Live Wire has been a trusted technology partner to Formula 1 teams and Formula One Management, delivering innovative AV solutions across the world’s most prestigious motorsport events.
Working across all 24 Formula 1 races, our projects range from team hospitality suites, paddock environments, garages and factory installations through to live race commentary systems, driver appearances, broadcast support and VIP experiences. We collaborate closely with leading manufacturers and technology partners to integrate cutting-edge solutions into every project we deliver.
Beyond Formula 1, Live Wire provides technical production, equipment and specialist personnel to a wide range of live events including festivals, concerts, conferences, theatre and corporate productions. Our clients include some of the UK’s most respected venues, including the Southbank Centre, Barbican and Sadler’s Wells.
This role is central to the successful delivery of Live Wire’s Formula 1 and live event projects. While the position is primarily UK-based, you will play a critical role in preparing equipment, maintaining technical standards, supporting warehouse operations and ensuring our travelling event teams have everything required to deliver world-class events around the globe.
The successful candidate will take pride in maintaining equipment to the highest standard, supporting stock management processes, assisting with technical training and contributing to the continual improvement of our systems and procedures.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within technical production and event technology while gaining exposure to some of the most prestigious events and clients in the industry.
Working pattern: Full-time, UK-based role with occasional UK travel. Weekend availability required, including alternate Saturdays.
What we’re looking for: Someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being hands-on with technology and understands that exceptional event delivery starts long before equipment arrives on-site. You’ll be organised, reliable and proactive, with a genuine interest in technical production and a desire to contribute to the success of both our Formula 1 programme and wider live events business.
